Job Summary
BrightLeaf is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our supportive group practice. This role offers the flexibility of fee-for-service billing, allowing you to set your own schedule and work in a manner that best suits your professional and personal needs. Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions with clients experiencing various mental health concerns.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and session notes in compliance with licensing standards.
- Manage your own schedule within the framework of fee-for-service billing, offering flexibility for work-life balance.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment for clients, promoting their well-being and recovery.
Experience
- An active, unrestricted license from the NH Board of Mental Health Practice, the NH Board of Alcohol and Other Drug Use Professionals, or the NH Board of Psychologists (LMFT, LCMHC, LICSW, LP, LPP, or MLADC).
- Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
This position is ideal for professionals seeking autonomy within a supportive group culture. To support our collaborative team culture and offer diverse options for our clients, we request that you spend at least one working day per week in person at our Manchester office. The rest of your hours can be managed flexibly.
