INTRODUCTION
We are seeking candidates with broad IT operations leadership experience, combining hands‐on infrastructure management, network engineering, security, and project delivery across multi‐site and regulated environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in production‐critical environments and supporting both day‐to‐day operations and strategic initiatives.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core IT Operations & Infrastructure Experience
- Enterprise IT Operations & Support
- Management and maintenance of IT infrastructure across multiple facilities and remote sites
- Support of mission‐critical systems, including broadcast, security, healthcare, and field‐deployed devices

On‐call and escalation support for outages and high‐impact incidents

Networking & Systems
- Design, configuration, and maintenance of:
- Cisco switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- LAN/WAN connectivity and basic routing/port forwarding
- Remote monitoring and management solutions for network and endpoint devices
- Server administration (Windows Server), domain management, and endpoint deployment
- Imaging and deployment of desktops/laptops at scale
Security & Compliance
- Ongoing management of IT security posture for enterprise and field devices
- Experience supporting regulated environments, including:
- Healthcare systems and EMR platforms
- HIPAA compliance and security procedures
- Identity, access, and endpoint security support
Project & Program Delivery
- Project Management
- Lead projects from inception through deployment across geographically distributed environments
- Coordination with internal teams, onsite leadership, and vendors
- Approval, procurement, and deployment of hardware and software
- Experience managing:
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Technology refreshes
- New system implementations (hardware and software)
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Vendor evaluation, selection, and ongoing relationship management
- Coordination of field technicians and third‐party service providers
- Clear documentation, reporting, and executive‐level communication
Specialized Experience
- Management of remote and field‐deployed technology at national scale
- Monitoring and dispatching support for geographically distributed devices
- ATM, POS, and secure device installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Support for broadcasting, security surveillance, and embedded/edge systems
Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer
- Training and mentoring new IT staff and technicians
- Creation of documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge bases
- Maintenance of well‐documented solutions and troubleshooting methods
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in media/broadcasting, healthcare, public sector, SMB, or managed services
- Combination of IT operations, network engineering, and project management
- Strong troubleshooting skills, calm under pressure, production‐focused mindset
- Comfortable owning environments end‐to‐end
