We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of North Seattle/Shoreline/Everett. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), grooming, and hygiene
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with medication administration and management
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care that respects the unique needs and preferences of each client
