- Create, organize, and maintain operational documentation, meeting notes, process resources, and team reference materials
- Update and maintain project, sprint, resource, and operational trackers to ensure information remains accurate and accessible
- Assist with reporting, metrics collection, status updates, presentations, and other materials that provide visibility into team progress
- Coordinate agendas, meeting logistics, workshop materials, and scheduling for team activities
- Help support onboarding and training activities for new team members
- Collaborate with technical, business, and operational stakeholders to gain exposure to project delivery and team operations
- Contribute ideas for improving team organization, documentation, communication, and recurring processes
- Take ownership of defined assignments and improvement initiatives with guidance from team leaders
