- Partner with colleagues across business and technical teams to understand workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and help prioritize ideas based on their potential value and feasibility.
- Research AI-enabled tools and approaches, assess how they could address business needs, and support small-scale pilots or other implementation efforts.
- Provide recommendations and support strategy by gathering information, analyzing findings, and preparing clear presentations for stakeholders.
- Gain hands-on experience in AI strategy, process improvement, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration. Develop and prototype artificial intelligence agents or other AI-enabled tools to address prioritized opportunities.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
