Job Summary

Zone Home Solutions is seeking an organized and dependable Pest Control Operations Assistant to support daily pest management operations and field service activities. The successful candidate will help coordinate service schedules, prepare equipment and supplies, maintain service records, and assist field technicians with administrative and operational tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating daily pest control service schedules and field assignments.
• Prepare tools, equipment, materials, and supplies for scheduled service visits.
• Support pest control technicians with routine operational and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and customer information.
• Help track equipment, inventory, and pest control supplies.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service updates, and general inquiries.
• Assist with processing work orders and organizing service documentation.
• Monitor supply levels and report shortages or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Help ensure field teams have the information and materials needed to complete assignments.
• Follow company procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous administrative, operations, customer service, or field service experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry or scheduling systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn pest control operations and service procedures.
• A valid driver's license may be required for duties involving field support.

Work Environment

This position may involve working in an office, warehouse, or field operations setting. Occasional visits to residential or commercial service locations may be required. Employees must follow company safety procedures when handling equipment or assisting field personnel. Any pesticide handling or application must be performed only by properly trained and authorized personnel in accordance with applicable licensing requirements, product-label directions, and safety regulations.
