Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and optimize our business operations. Responsibilities

- Manage profit & loss statements, monitor financial metrics, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline workflows.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets, partnerships, or sales opportunities that align with company objectives.
- Supervise daily operations, coordinate cross-departmental activities, and resolve issues promptly to maintain seamless service delivery.
Experience
- Proven management experience with a strong background in overseeing large teams or multiple departments.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing operational initiatives that resulted in measurable improvements.
- Experience managing profit & loss statements and implementing financial controls to optimize resources.
- Prior supervisory experience with a focus on leadership development and team building.
- Background in business development, sales strategies, or client relationship management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
