Amazon Ads is seeking a Content & Creative Operations Manager to join the Event Content and Programming team. This role drives the operational backbone of our most high-impact event stages, managing content and creative workstreams from ideation through delivery. This includes stage visuals, sizzle videos, presentations, and supporting creative assets that bring our flagship events to life. The role also extends into content program workstreams such as speaker and talent management. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the center of product, marketing, sales, brand, creative, and production teams, along with agencies and external partners. This isn't a role where you run the same playbook year after year. We're looking for someone who actively uses AI to build smarter, faster operations. That means using AI to automate repeatable workflows like invite management, logistics tracking, and delivery status reporting.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments. They bring sharp organizational instincts, creative operations fluency, and the ability to hold the full picture while managing dozens of moving parts across content and creative deliverables.

Key job responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and operations for content and creative deliverables across our highest-profile event stages, coordinating with a large cross-functional workgroup
• Use AI to build and maintain automated workflows for operational tasks such as speaker invitations, logistics coordination, asset delivery tracking, and status reporting
• Create custom AI tools and agents to streamline repeatable processes, reduce manual overhead, and scale operations across multiple concurrent events
• Manage workstreams for stage visuals, sizzle videos, keynote presentations, and other creative assets, ensuring on-time, on-spec delivery
• Develop and maintain work-back schedules, content creation plans, and production timelines across multiple parallel workstreams
• Partner with content creators, creative leads, and asset owners to define deliverables, deadlines, and quality benchmarks
• Support content program workstreams including speaker coordination, talent management, and presentation development
• Provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders including agencies, speakers, production partners, and executive presenters
• Build documentation that clearly communicates expectations, processes, and standards for the content creation and creative production lifecycle
• Distribute regular status reports on event deliverables and flag risks early
• Manage cataloging, version tracking, and archiving of all event content and creative assets for reference and reuse
