Position Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Department: Marketing
Classification: Year-Round, Full-Time
General Description
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and ongoing optimization of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's digital ecosystem—ensuring accurate, timely, and high-performing content across all web, eCommerce, and digital platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the user experience across JHMR's digital touchpoints, including website content, online store functionality, mobile platforms, and in-resort digital signage.
JOB DUTIES
- Update website content across all JHMR domains, including profit centers, to ensure accuracy, optimal information flow, and user experience.
- Assist Digital Marketing Manager in evaluating the brand site by analyzing user feedback and recommending improvements to editorial policy and site design.
- Assist in web design and development processes.
- Monitor, update, and evaluate the online store, including optimizing user flow through testing and feedback.
- Update JStore products, including imagery and descriptions.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager and Business Systems team on best practices for product setup.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns across Google Display, YouTube, Reddit, Roku, LinkedIn, and Spotify.
- Manage jacksonhole.com advertising units.
- Support the JHMR blog through writing, editing, layout, and content updates.
- Maintain in-resort digital signage with timely and accurate messaging.
- Collaborate with Creative Director to source digital creative assets.
- Work with developers to enhance website user experience.
- Manage content and feeds for the JH Insider app and other mobile platforms.
- Write, edit, and proofread web content following Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Conduct regular SEO updates and optimizations.
- Monitor webcam performance.
- Assist Sales, Events, and Partnerships teams with groups-, events-, and partnerships-related requests.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Dreamweaver).

- Ability to move about mountainous terrain on skis or a snowboard preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of on-the-job experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
- 2 years of marketing experience preferred.
- Snow sports industry experience preferred.
