RN Clinical Manager – Home Health
Location: Portland, OR
Salary Range: $105,000 – $115,000 + $16,600 Annual Bonus Potential (broken down and paid out quarterly)

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Clinical Manager – Home Health to oversee the assignment and management of Clinical Supervisors, ensuring high-quality care coordination and compliance across client populations. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned RN with a passion for clinical excellence and team development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assign and manage Clinical Supervisors across client populations
- Oversee care coordination, orientation, and clinical quality initiatives
- Ensure compliance with contracts, programs, and regulatory requirements
- Support quality and budget management efforts
- Lead hiring, training, and development of clinical staff
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits (e.g., Joint Commission, ACHC)
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold internal standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active RN license (in applicable states)
- Minimum 2 years of home care experience; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in quality and budget management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Fluency in English required
- Must meet all federal, state, local, and internal requirements
