- Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions as authorized; support catheter care, tube feeding, and other ordered treatments.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) or electronic medical record (EMR) systems while following HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies.
- Coordinate care with families and clinicians, support intake and discharge planning, and provide clear caregiver communication.

Skills
- Required: Current RN or LPN licensure applicable to the role; nursing knowledge, patient assessment, medication administration, basic life support (BLS) or CPR, and infection control.
