- Use patient management software and electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain accurate documentation.
Skills
- Customer service, office experience, and medical office experience are valuable; medical/Dental administrative support experience is preferred not necessary.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, patient management software, and electronic health records (EHR) management is preferred.
- Knowledge of health insurance, medical terminology, and health regulation policy is helpful.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, typing, and accurate data entry.
- Strong phone communication, client communication, organization, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34.0 – 36.0 per week
