BayCare Clinic General and Vascular Surgery is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. No Holidays! No Weekends!
The Clinic:
BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

The Practice:
The General & Vascular Surgery department is a rapidly growing practice including Bariatric, Medical Weight Loss and Breast Health specialty services. Our newly renovated practice site is conveniently located within Aurora BayCare Medical Center, proving exceptional patient care to the greater Green Bay area.

The Job:
- Greets and checks in patients.
- Assists patients in filling out patient forms.
- Answers phones, takes messages, routes calls when necessary.
- Develops patient charts.
- Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
- Schedules patient appointments.
- Collects co-payments from patients.
- Performs general office duties.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
The Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
- Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or HealthCare Business Services is appropriate.
- Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
- Must possess strong desktop computer skills.
- Experience with EPIC is preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
