What You'll Do
- Welcome patients warmly and create a positive first impression
- Check patients in and out efficiently while ensuring an exceptional patient experience
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments across multiple providers and locations
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and compassion
- Collect and verify insurance information, assist with patient registration, and ensure records are accurate and complete
- Assist patients with financial questions, office policies, and payment collection
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient communications
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Collaborate closely with providers, medical assistants, billing personnel, and leadership to ensure seamless patient care
- Support daily front office operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Patient Service Representative, receptionist, front desk coordinator, or customer service professional in a healthcare setting preferred
- Medical or dental office experience is highly desirable
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
