- Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
- Eligible for Wisconsin licensure
- ACLS (through American Heart Association), BLS and PALS
Practice Details:
- Based at SSM Health St. Marys Hospital and the Surgery & Care Center

12 ORs + 3 cardiovascular ORs
- 3 endoscopy rooms
- 3 OB suites
- Multiple imaging procedure rooms
- Outpatient Surgery Center with 8 ORs + 2 Endoscopy suites

SSM Health SPOC (Sun Prairie Outpatient Surgery Center) - 6 OR's

Diverse case mix: general surgery, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, cardiothoracic, neuro, healthy peds, OB
- Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts (Mon-Fri)
- Shared call coverage (1st, 2nd, 3rd call + occasional weekends)
