Position Overview
Premier Hospitalists is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our inpatient team in a week-on/week-off daytime schedule (7am–5pm). This role offers a stable hospital medicine environment with strong collaboration between physicians and advanced practice providers.
Responsibilities
- Perform admission histories and physicals
- Conduct daily patient follow-up evaluations and progress notes
- Complete thorough EMR documentation and maintain clear patient communication
- Coordinate care with hospitalists, nursing staff, case management, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Physician Assistant license and NCCPA certification
- Preferred: prior inpatient or hospital medicine experience
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $110K–$130K base salary plus productivity incentives
