We're not looking for a traditional office manager. We're looking for someone who can become Doctor's right hand and keep our entire team moving in the same direction.
Someone who understands what needs to happen throughout the day, communicates with everyone, follows up without being reminded, and makes sure things get done.
From the front desk to the clinical rooms, you'll help coordinate the daily flow of the practice and ensure our patients and team have an exceptional experience.
What You'll Do
- Keep Everyone on Track: Coordinate with the front-office and clinical teams to ensure daily responsibilities are completed.
- Be the Doctor's Right Hand: Work closely with Dr. Dhanani to organize priorities, schedules, projects, and follow-ups.
- Connect the Front and Back: Ensure clear communication between scheduling, insurance, treatment coordination, and clinical staff.
- Stay One Step Ahead: Anticipate potential issues before they become problems.
- Follow Through: Make sure patient calls, insurance claims, treatment plans, referrals, lab cases, and other important tasks don't fall through the cracks.
- Support Daily Operations: Help the team wherever needed to keep the practice running efficiently.
- Improve Organization: Identify opportunities to create better systems, checklists, and workflows.
- Lead by Example: Encourage teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and a positive atmosphere.

- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software preferred.
- Previous leadership or coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
