- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Retain course syllabi.
- Place work control orders for repairs or special projects.

- Reserve rooms through college or university systems.
- Assist with organization and operational support for department and college events.
Telework may be available for this position up to two days per week following the completion of 90 days of service in good standing.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of experience providing administrative support.
- Knowledgeable in university administration platforms such as SharePoint, PeopleSoft, and Course Leaf CLSS Scheduling.
$45,375 annually and full University benefits that include annual leave, up to 17 holidays, personal and sick days; excellent health, life, and retirement plans; and
