The Garden Room is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality to join a team of wedding and event planners at The Garden Room Wedding Chapel and Banquet Facilities.
General Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Working with a team of event planners and the Event Director with wedding and event planning, managing and working with dining room staff during events, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls and text messages, conducting facility tours, providing venue quotes and bookings, and other bridal services including wedding ceremony rehersals.
Other Administrative Duties Include:
- Opening and Closing the Venue for Tours
- Writing and Customizing Quotes
- Maintaining Bar Inventory & Providing Bar Sales Reports
- Scheduling and Managing Tasting Appointments
- Taking Payments and Doing Daily Deposits
- Client Management and Follow Up's to Potential Clients Using Google Docs
- Managing Office Supply Inventory
Other Requirments Include:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills - Google Docs\Sheets\Email\Adobe Forms
- Food & beverage experience preferred
- Available on weekends and evenings
- Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from facilities.
