SHIFT: Day
Job Purpose:
Performs product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs.
- Performs packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.
- Ensures raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards.
- May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated.
- May assess draft and final label copy, using knowledge of labeling regulations.
- Minimizes down time by reducing production rework and recalls.
Education and Experience:
- Have experience with high volume PCBA manufacturing environment
- Familiar with IPC 610
- Able to identify the Components Value
- Able to read ECO
- Must display the ability to read, understand and follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs)
- Must be familiar and able to operate Automatic Optical Inspection machine
- Be available for overtime and weekend work as required in addition to minimum 40 hr/wk
- Be able to read English and communicate well with others
- Must have the ability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
- Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as inspector

Salary Range(annual): $39,000 - $45,000 ($18.75 - 21.63 hourly) Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
