Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy new PowerApps applications
- Maintain and support existing PowerApps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, defects, and system failures
- Develop and maintain documentation for applications, workflows, and reporting solutions
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for IC staff
- Support ad hoc requests for Power Platform solutions

- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform best practices
- U.S.-based; able to obtain USDA suitability and PIV credentialing
