INTRODUCTION
Our client is seeking a Technical Product Marketing professional who can translate complex platform capabilities into compelling, easy-to-understand business stories. This individual will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand new capabilities and develop presentations, demonstrations and technical content that help customers and stakeholders understand their value.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear messaging that communicates the value of technical platform capabilities and solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly stories and presentations.
- Create product demonstrations, demo scripts, presentations and showcase materials.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand new and evolving capabilities.
- Support customer-facing demonstrations and stakeholder presentations.
- Develop technical content supporting onboarding, product adoption and awareness.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Promote awareness and adoption of platform capabilities.
- Help customers understand how technology solutions address their business needs.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and use it to improve product messaging and enablement materials.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–6 years of experience in technical product marketing, product enablement, solutions marketing or a related field.
- Strong technical storytelling skills.
- Experience creating presentations and product demonstrations.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical platform capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder-facing presentation skills.
- Experience partnering directly with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience marketing or supporting enterprise technology platforms is preferred.
