The Director will be responsible for managing staff, developing educational programs, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. A strong background in child care administration and experience working with children is essential to successfully lead our team and provide high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote learning and development.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of care.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to address concerns and provide updates on their child's progress.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding child care services.
- Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and incident reports as required by regulatory agencies.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages professional growth and collaboration among staff members.
- Give leadership to the process of achieving Texas Rising Star Level 3-4
