Supplier Management & Customer Service
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
- Assist in managing project schedules, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support project managers with daily project administration and reporting.
- Track orders, shipments, and supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Office applications.
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
