Searching for a Project Accounting/Project Coordinator specifically experienced in the commercial construction industry, preferably having worked with General Contractors. We are looking for a candidate with accounting and document control experience. Necessary skills include knowledge of preliminary notices, releases, collecting/tracking certified payroll, insurance (as well as OCIP/CCIP), labor compliance, and AIA percent complete billings. Someone with fluent skills in Excel is a must. Sage, Textura, GC Pay, and Auto Desk software usage is a plus. The position is Mon-Fri and the hours are 8am-5pm in our Irvine, CA location.
