- Lead quality improvement projects using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram, and other analytical tools
- Handle customer complaints, conduct internal investigations, and issue Corrective Action Reports (CAR) to customers
- Maintain ISO9001 quality management system operations; support internal and external audits
- Collect and analyze quality data (SPC); produce periodic quality reports and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields
- 3+ years of manufacturing quality management experience; background in energy storage container or sheet metal/welding industry preferred
- Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system; IATF16949 knowledge preferred
- Proficient in quality tools including 8D, SPC, FMEA, and MSA
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings; familiar with sheet metal processing, welding, and assembly processes
- Good English reading and writing skills (preferred for customer audits and English reporting)
