General Purpose:
Ensure products are fit for purpose and meet legal requirements and customer expectations. Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system by collecting data, reporting results, and measuring performance against established standards. Work with managers and staff across the organization to ensure the quality management system functions effectively. Recommend improvements, support implementation, and provide training, tools, and techniques to help others meet quality standards.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Maintaining IMS system, frequently working with production managers and other leaders to enact and improve procedures.
- Lead internal audit, process audit.
- Coordinate & follow system's audit by third party, customers.
- Control, evaluate & follow CARs until they closed.
- Supplier's quality management.
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation to ensure integrity of document.
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting, analyzing and sharing quality data.
- Coordinate to get certificates as required from management.
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineer’s Degree.
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience of quality management systems.
- English Language.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge in ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
- Audit skill.
- Computer skills.
- Control document skills.
- Management skills.
Main Competency:
- Dealing with customers, regulatory auditors, suppliers and colleagues. Liaising with other departments.
- Problem solving.
- Read and understand standards, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.

Employees are responsible for performing duties related to generating and storing hazardous waste in satellite accumulation areas. Must remain within regulatory and internal compliance when using, handling or segregating hazardous materials and waste.
