Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting activities across multiple programs and business units.

• Analyze business, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Manage project planning, tracking, governance, and reporting using tools such as Jira, Planview, and SharePoint to ensure successful project execution.

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, and Business Intelligence tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and Business teams to drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives.

• Perform financial reconciliations, cost analysis, cash flow management, month-end close activities, and compliance with GAAP accounting standards.

• Support system implementations, process automation, workflow optimization, and data migration initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials for leadership and key stakeholders.

This role requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client in Kennesaw, GA.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, and financial modeling.
• Strong experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Intacct, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and Alteryx.
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost management activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting large financial services, banking, manufacturing, technology, or consulting organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies with experience administering Jira workflows and reporting.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, financial transformations, system integrations, or data migration projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, CPA, CFA, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Experience developing executive dashboards and advanced reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management.
• Consulting experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement and senior executive presentations.
