Job Summary
Comfort Masters Company is seeking an experienced, positive, and highly skilled HVAC professional to join our team as an Installation Field Supervisor & Quality Control Technician.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years minimum of residential split-system and rooftop HVAC experience and a thorough understanding of proper installation procedures, system startup, troubleshooting, refrigerant leak repair, and brazing.
This is a hands-on leadership and support position. Responsibilities include starting each installation greeting the customer and installation crew, ensuring crews have all necessary materials, promptly obtaining missing materials, maintaining installation truck inventory, ensuring jobs get completed in specified time frames and performing a detailed final quality-control inspection before each installation is completed. The position will also conduct the final customer walkthrough and collect payment.
The candidate must also be able to assist installation or service technicians with difficult repairs, leak detection, brazing, diagnostics, or other technical issues as needed.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, technically strong, customer-focused, and genuinely enjoys supporting a team. Maintaining a positive and upbeat work environment and customer service skills are an important part of this position.
