Duties - based on experience - include:
- Mowing & weed whacking
- Interior & exterior painting
- Property checks
- Light repairs and maintenance (e.g., changing light bulbs, tightening screws, reconnecting gutters, lubricating doors)
- Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures)
- Preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Sheetrock patching and light carpentry (e.g., trim work, framing repairs)
- Troubleshooting HVAC issues and coordinating with contractors
- Managing seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow shoveling, salting, fall cleanup)
- Coordinating and overseeing vendor work and inspections
- Supporting the real estate team with on-property requests (e.g., delivering items, meeting vendors)
- Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and reporting issues proactively

- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license & vehicle
