Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
Skills & Requirements
- Ability to advise and influence hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is USD 78,600 - 103,400 plus applicable benefits (Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Performance Bonus)
