The Role

At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Recruiter who brings strong capability in corporate recruitment and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to advise and influence hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market trends.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is USD 78,600 - 103,400 plus applicable benefits (Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Performance Bonus)

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
