What You Will Do:
- Protocol Adherence: Deliver direct nursing care in strict alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
- Care Management: Implement and monitor individualized care plans while documenting and communicating status changes to the medical team.
- Interdisciplinary Liaison: Serve as the primary coordinator across all clinical disciplines to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately process and execute physician and nursing orders to maintain treatment continuity.
- Discharge Coordination: Evaluate and manage patient discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team for safe transitions.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
