ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Lead and empower clinical and support teams by directing daily office activities to ensure every patient receives high-quality, efficient care.
• Optimize clinic flow by developing strategic daily assignments, ensuring staffing levels are balanced to meet patient volume and appointment complexity.
• Mentor and develop the office team through real-time coaching and performance feedback, fostering a culture of professional excellence and superior service.
• Drive the growth of your clinic by participating in the interview and selection process to identify and hire top-tier talent for your team.
• Synthesize clinical data and team input to plan and coordinate care across the office, ensuring all necessary resources are ready for the patient’s arrival.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
