- Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory judgment
- Ensure cost-effective, high-quality patient care and positive outcomes with a strong focus on patient safety
- Participate in patient care as needed and conduct rounds to assess care needs and introduce self to patients and families
- Foster a culturally sensitive, patient and family-centered care environment
- Coordinate care conferences with health team members, patients, and families to revise care plans
- Develop strategies with leadership to improve patient, family, and physician satisfaction
- Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will be automatically declined
- Candidates with a prior disciplinary action on their license will not be considered
- No radius restriction, with local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
- Two supervisory references required, one from the past year and one from the past two years
