About Us:
We are a fast-growing hospitality furniture (FF&E) company serving hotel owners and developers across the United States, with preferred vendor status across Choice Hotels, Wyndham, Red Roof, and G6/Prism. Our team specializes in turnkey furniture solutions, brand-approved designs, and large-scale hotel renovation projects. We are seeking a professional, organized, and creative Field Marketing & Brand Representative to support our brand presence at trade shows, project sites, and across digital platforms.
Role Overview:
This position focuses on brand marketing, content creation, and industry representation — not direct sales. The ideal candidate enjoys travel, is comfortable representing a professional B2B brand, and can help elevate our presence through events, social media (Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin) and on-site project visits. This role operates with high accountability — daily field reports, weekly route submissions, and measurable content output are non-negotiable expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at hospitality trade shows, expos, and industry events
- Travel to hotel project sites to capture photos, videos, testimonials, and marketing content
- Publish verified, complete content across brand channels — copy and visuals confirmed before posting
- Coordinate marketing materials, project highlights, and company updates
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice
- Self-originated weekly route planning submitted to management every Sunday
- Pre-call all property visits to confirm decision-maker availability before visiting
- Submit same-day EOD field report after every field visit day
- Prospect new hotel properties independently — not just existing customer visits
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of marketing, brand ambassador, or field marketing experience
- Strong follow-through and reporting discipline
- This position requires exclusive commitment — no competing field marketing or brand ambassador roles
- Strong communication and professional presentation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing, content creation, or B2B marketing preferred
- Ability to travel regularly across the USA (trade shows, property visits, industry events)
- Proven track record of self-directed execution with documented results
- Hospitality, design, or furniture industry experience is a plus
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary + annual performance bonus
- All travel expenses covered (flights, hotel, per diem)
- Field-based role with consistent travel — this is not a desk job
- Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced hospitality brand
- Direct exposure to major hotel brands and industry leaders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
Application Question(s):
- Have you ever represented a company at an event or trade show? What was your role?
- This role requires frequent travel. How do you feel about traveling several times a month and are you comfortable with traveling with a short notice?
- Describe how you plan and execute a field visit route. Walk us through your process from start to finish
- Do you currently hold any other employment, freelance contracts, or brand ambassador commitments?
- How do you handle feedback when your work doesn’t meet expectations?

Tips for Your Remote Field Marketing Representative Job Search
Apply early to remote roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists remote field marketing representative openings from across the U.S. in one place. Check it regularly and apply directly to roles that match your territory experience and sector background before postings fill.
Show your async communication skills upfront
Remote field marketing representative employers screen for written clarity from the first touchpoint. Use your cover letter and application to demonstrate how you communicate campaign updates, territory plans, and results without relying on in-person check-ins.
Document your independent territory results
Remote hiring managers cannot observe your day-to-day work, so your application must quantify what you accomplished without direct supervision. Highlight pipeline generated, events executed, and market penetration metrics you owned and reported on independently.
Build fluency in remote field marketing tools
Remote field marketing representative roles run on CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, project coordination tools like Asana or Monday, and video conferencing for stakeholder syncs. Naming these tools with specific use cases in your application signals remote readiness to distributed hiring teams.
Remote Field Marketing Representative Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a remote field marketing representative job?
Target remote-first companies and distributed sales organizations that rely on field marketing representatives to drive regional awareness without a central office. Remote employers screen heavily for self-direction, clear written communication, and the ability to manage territory planning independently. Demonstrating CRM proficiency, campaign reporting skills, and a history of hitting targets without daily oversight gives you a real edge over candidates who need close management.
Which companies hire remote field marketing representatives?
Employers currently hiring remote field marketing representatives include Chervon North America, Parth Hospitality, and Vivazen, per current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Remote openings for this role tend to concentrate at remote-first consumer brands, distributed SaaS companies, and healthcare and medical device firms that cover large geographic territories without requiring a physical headquarters presence.
Can you get a remote field marketing representative job with no experience?
Yes, but remote entry-level roles in this field are harder to land because employers expect you to work independently from day one without on-site mentorship. Remote-first startups and growing consumer brands are the most likely to hire entry-level candidates. Showing initiative through volunteer event coordination, community marketing projects, or documented results from freelance promotional work can open doors where a formal resume falls short.
Do you need a degree for remote field marketing representative jobs?
Not always. Many remote employers weigh demonstrable results, CRM experience, and territory management skills alongside or instead of a degree. A portfolio showing campaign outcomes, lead generation numbers, or event-driven revenue attribution carries real weight. Certifications in digital marketing or marketing analytics can also substitute for a four-year credential when paired with a clear record of independent work.
Which industries hire the most remote field marketing representatives?
The sectors hiring the most remote field marketing representatives are Distribution & Wholesale, based on current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors rely on distributed field marketing teams to reach customers across wide geographic areas without requiring representatives to report to a single office location.
