Florida Licensed Therapist & Qualified Supervisor | Virtual EMDR or ERP

Realign Therapy is a new, private-pay virtual practice focused on trauma, OCD, and anxiety. We’re hiring a founding Florida-licensed therapist with strong EMDR or ERP experience.
What we provide
- Client marketing and inquiry support
- Scheduling, billing, and payment administration
- EHR, telehealth, business phone, and practice systems
- Company-paid professional liability insurance
- A growing caseload without having to build and manage your own practice
You’ll focus on client care, clinical documentation, and—when our intern program launches—qualified supervision. You won’t have to run ads, chase payments, or pay for the practice’s software yourself.
Compensation and growth
- $90 per completed 60-minute therapy session
- Up to $800 per month in additional intern-supervision pay once we hire registered interns
- Illustrative first-year gross earnings of approximately $49,000–$97,000, depending on how quickly your caseload grows
- Potential annual gross earnings of up to $117,600 with 25 completed therapy sessions per week for 48 working weeks, plus a full year of supervision pay averaging $800 per month
- Up to four weeks of unpaid time off
Realign is a startup, so your schedule will begin part-time and grow with client demand. Earnings figures are projections, not a guaranteed salary, caseload, or intern-program start date. Required work outside client sessions will be addressed in the employment agreement and compensated in accordance with applicable law.
What you’ll do
- Provide virtual assessments and therapy to clients located in Florida
- Deliver EMDR or ERP within your training and experience
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical safety procedures and case consultation
- Once the intern program launches, provide qualified supervision and be available during scheduled intern telehealth sessions under a written coverage and safety plan
Requirements
- An active Florida LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license
- Florida qualified supervisor status for registered interns in your profession
- Clinical training and hands-on experience in EMDR or ERP
- Experience providing individual therapy and completing timely clinical documentation
- Ability to provide secure telehealth services to clients located in Florida
- Availability for a consistent weekly caseload and, once the intern program launches, scheduled supervision and intern-session coverage
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and commitment to client safety
