Are you a licensed Engineer (PE) who aspires to assist fellow engineers in preparing for their PE Mechanical - Machine Design exam? We are currently seeking instructors to teach our exam review course. The position is a part time position with most classes taking place on weekday evenings. There is flexibility in scheduling as you are able to submit your availability for scheduled classes and you are not required to teach the complete course. You can select the subjects you are most comfortable in providing instruction.
Responsibilities
- Create course notes to include refresher information and practice problems
- Provide online instruction to students who are looking to prepare for one of the PE Mechanical Machine Design engineering exam; especially in the areas of Mechs and materials
- Answer student questions relating to course content
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on current company content standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (PE)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
The compensation for this position can average out to be approximately $100 per hour.*
