Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using various HR systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM) to attract top talent.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management cycles and feedback sessions, to support continuous development.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Oversee HR legal compliance management by staying current with employment & labor law updates (FMLA, OSHA regulations) and implementing necessary policies.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational design projects to optimize workforce structure and efficiency.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while mediating conflicts and promoting positive workplace interactions.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and reporting using HRIS systems (such as ADP, UltiPro, or Paychex), analyzing data for strategic insights.
- Assist in affirmative action planning, succession planning, and workforce management strategies to promote diversity and long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or as an HR department professional with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, personnel administration, and HR sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms; strong skills in Excel data analysis are preferred.
