Our client is in the Energy Sector and has an IT PMO with a well-established stage gate governance processes. They use Microsoft Project Server for managing resources and project dependencies across projects. We have a need for a PM/BA type resource to help with and manage numerous PMO improvement projects. Need a strong individual contributor that can help take a conceptual laundry list of ideas, help turn those into actionable process improvements, and manage the execution.
Skills and Experience
· 5 Years of experience as a BA / PM
Familiarity with PMO and stage gate processes
· Experience with process improvement work, preferably PMO focused
· Business analyst background would be helpful
· Comfortable working with AI tools – ChatGPT and/or Claude
· MS Project or MS Project Server experience
· PMP Certification a plus
· Bachelor Degree required
We are looking to hire quickly. The process will be at a minimum of three thirty minute teams meetings with video. To be considerate of all, please be sure you have the appropriate technology to support these meetings.
