We understand the importance in providing you the guidance to make those decisions easier and before a time of crisis. That’s why we have a diverse team of experienced professionals to offer a broad range of services.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Madrona Hospice Care, you will provide consultative full-cycle recruitment for clinical and office support hires. This role would also support several additional agencies in the same space. The ultimate goal is to provide quality hires in a timely manner according to business needs.

If you are passionate about making a positive impact in patients' lives and working in a supportive and family-oriented atmosphere, we encourage you to join us in providing exceptional home hospice care.
Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles (RNs, LVNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, MSWs, HHAs, chaplains, and volunteers) and office/administrative roles across our Bay Area home health and hospice agencies.

- ATS Management: Manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting within our applicant tracking system; keep data clean, current, and audit-ready.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers, clinical directors, and People & Culture to calibrate role requirements, forecast hiring needs, and deliver a seamless hand-off into onboarding.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with California employment law and home health/hospice regulatory requirements, including credential, license, and education standards.
- Metrics & Improvement: Track and report recruiting metrics (source effectiveness, pipeline health, speed to hire, speed to onboarding, and closing ratio) and continuously improve our hiring process.

Tips for Your Remote Recruitment Manager Job Search
Apply early to remote roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists remote recruitment manager openings from across the U.S. in one place, so you can find roles that match your background and apply directly. Remote postings from distributed teams fill fast, so applying the day a role goes live matters.
Prove async communication in your application
Remote employers evaluate written communication before they ever schedule a call. Make your cover note and outreach crisp, structured, and direct, since that sample of your writing is often the first signal a hiring team uses to screen remote recruitment managers.
Highlight your ATS and remote-tool fluency
Name the specific applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools you've used to manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and onboard candidates remotely. Remote teams want recruitment managers who need no ramp time on the platforms their hiring already runs on.
Target companies built around distributed hiring
Remote-first tech firms and companies with teams across multiple time zones hire recruitment managers for roles that are remote by design, not as a temporary arrangement. Focusing your search on employers who already operate this way means the role is structured to support how you'll actually work.
Remote Recruitment Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a remote recruitment manager job?
Target companies that operate distributed teams and run their hiring processes fully online, since those employers are built for remote recruitment managers from day one. Remote employers screen heavily for self-direction, clear written communication, and comfort managing candidate pipelines without in-person check-ins. Showing familiarity with applicant tracking systems, async collaboration tools, and remote onboarding practices gives you a real edge over candidates with only in-office experience.
Which companies hire remote recruitment managers?
Companies hiring remote recruitment managers right now include DESORT STAFFING, Madrona Hospice Care, and Group 1 Automotive, based on current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Remote-first technology firms, distributed healthcare organizations, and fast-growing SaaS companies make up a large share of employers actively hiring recruitment managers for fully remote roles.
Can you get a remote recruitment manager job with no experience?
Yes, but remote entry-level recruitment manager roles are harder to land because employers expect you to work independently from the start, without the mentorship that comes naturally in an office. Your best path is through remote-first startups and staffing agencies that hire junior recruiters, where you can build a record of sourcing and closing candidates fully online. Showing comfort with video interviews, async candidate communication, and ATS platforms replaces some of what experience would otherwise signal.
Do you need a degree for remote recruitment manager jobs?
Not always. Many remote employers care more about your ability to manage a full recruiting cycle, hit hiring targets, and communicate clearly in writing than about a specific credential. A history of successful placements, familiarity with remote sourcing tools, and strong written communication skills often carry more weight than a degree alone, especially at remote-first companies that evaluate candidates on output rather than credentials.
Which industries hire the most remote recruitment managers?
Most remote recruitment manager openings sit in Technology & Software, Healthcare & Medical Services, and Insurance, per current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Those sectors rely on distributed teams that hire continuously across multiple time zones, making remote recruitment managers a core part of how they scale.
