Duties
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and supervising team members to ensure smooth daily functions
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are consistently met and maintained
- Manage inventory control and food safety compliance, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Implement staff training programs to enhance skills in customer service, food safety, and operational procedures
- Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis; develop strategies to optimize revenue and control costs
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of hospitality
Requirements
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures
- Background in inventory control, food management, and kitchen supervision within casual dining or fine dining settings
- Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and lead hospitality teams with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Strong understanding of restaurant management operations including shift management, budgeting, and profit analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates, supervise staff, and foster team development
- Prior experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel food service is a plus; familiarity with bar operations or coffee/barista experience is advantageous
- Commitment to food safety standards and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
