Mid Level Risk Compliance Analyst Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level risk compliance analyst job?
Position your existing experience around ownership, not just execution. Highlight specific frameworks you have applied independently, audits or assessments you led, and any cross-functional work you drove to completion. Tailor your resume to show measurable outcomes, such as gaps closed or controls implemented, and demonstrate familiarity with the regulatory environment relevant to the employer's industry.
Which companies hire mid level risk compliance analysts?
Companies hiring mid level risk compliance analysts right now include JPMorganChase, Talented Medical Solutions, and Figma, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Hiring at this level tends to concentrate in organizations large enough to have dedicated compliance functions, including financial institutions, insurers, healthcare systems, and regulated technology companies.
Are there remote mid level risk compliance analyst jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and industry. About 24% of mid level risk compliance analyst openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting ongoing flexibility in roles centered on policy review, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting. Roles requiring hands-on audits or direct examiner interaction are more likely to require on-site presence.
How do I move up to a mid level risk compliance analyst role?
The path from entry level to mid level is built through deepening specialization and expanding ownership. Focus on taking full responsibility for discrete compliance projects rather than supporting others, building fluency in a specific regulatory area such as BSA, SOX, or HIPAA, and documenting measurable impact. Earning a relevant certification and demonstrating that you can operate with minimal supervision accelerates the transition.
Which industries hire the most mid level risk compliance analysts?
