We are looking for motivated Outside Sales Account Executives who want the opportunity to build their income while helping local restaurants succeed.

The Role

As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and partnering with restaurant owners throughout your assigned territory.

You will:

• Prospect and develop new restaurant relationships.
• Meet directly with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
• Present YumRunner's technology solutions.
• Build long-term partnerships with restaurant operators.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Represent the YumRunner brand professionally in the community.

Compensation Structure

This is a W-2 commission-only sales position with unlimited earning potential.

Compensation includes:

• Upfront commissions on new restaurant partnerships.
• Residual commissions on renewals.
• Quarterly performance bonuses.
• Growth opportunities as YumRunner expands into additional markets.

Your success is directly tied to your ability to create relationships, close business, and help restaurants benefit from the YumRunner platform.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is comfortable selling directly to business owners.
• Is self-motivated and driven by results.
• Can work independently while being part of a growing team.
• Has experience in outside sales, B2B sales, SaaS, POS, restaurant, or technology sales (preferred).

Restaurant experience is a plus, but a proven sales mindset is what matters most.

Job Type: Full-Time W-2 Commission Only

Schedule: Flexible

Work Location: Field-based throughout the Chicagoland area

Compensation: Uncapped commission + residuals + quarterly bonuses

Pay: $86,779.63 - $101,843.10 per year
