We’re looking for an Account Executive—This is a 1099 sales position—who will help us grow by finding new customers, keeping our current ones happy, and coming up with fresh ideas to enhance our products and services. You’ll play a key role in building relationships and representing our brand in a positive, professional way. Your work on the phone will directly contribute to customer loyalty and word-of-mouth success. If you’ve got great listening and communication skills, selling experience,an outgoing personality, and a knack for connecting with people, you’ll be a great fit
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and service needs
- Present product/service offerings in a clear, compelling way
- Conduct on‑site visits, virtual meetings, and follow‑up consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long‑term business
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and customized recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Track all interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM

Candidates must live within 25 miles of downtown Nashville.
In your first 6 months, you’ll receive $1400 in bi-weekly pay, then transition to commission-only at 20% of sales. You’ll set your own schedule to meet with clients.
Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales goals, identifying and reaching out to potential accounts, connecting with key decision-makers, growing our client base, maintaining and updating our prospect database, following up on leads, making calls and sending emails to cross-sell and up-sell, handling incoming inquiries and turning them into sales, overcoming objections, highlighting product benefits, managing fabric swatch requests, and keeping customer records current.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
