Who's Hiring

Sales And Marketing Manager Jobs in St. Louis: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales and marketing manager job in St. Louis?
Focus your search on the sectors that drive St. Louis hiring: healthcare systems, regional banks and insurance firms, food and beverage companies, and manufacturing. The Clayton business district and Cortex Innovation Community have strong concentrations of marketing teams. Candidates who can show experience managing both pipeline generation and brand strategy tend to stand out, as many St. Louis employers want a single manager handling both functions rather than two specialists.
Which companies hire sales and marketing managers in St. Louis?
Companies currently hiring sales and marketing managers in St. Louis include St. Louis City SC, Equifax, and Spectrum Brands, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. St. Louis has a deep mix of large regional employers, healthcare networks, and mid-size consumer brands, all of which maintain in-house marketing and sales leadership.
Are there remote sales and marketing manager jobs in St. Louis?
Yes, though with limits, since sales and marketing managers often need to be present for client meetings, agency partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. About 50% of sales and marketing manager openings tied to St. Louis are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with fully remote roles more common at software and SaaS companies based in the Cortex corridor. Strategy, analytics, and campaign oversight work tends to be the most remote-compatible part of the role locally.
How can I get a sales and marketing manager job in St. Louis with little or no experience?
The most realistic path is moving up from a coordinator or specialist role at a St. Louis healthcare system, regional retailer, or mid-size B2B company, where internal promotions are common. Look for marketing coordinator, sales operations, or brand specialist roles at employers in Clayton or South Grand as stepping stones. Strong performance data from campaigns you have owned, even at a small scale, carries more weight with St. Louis hiring managers than credentials alone.
