CK Power is looking for a Sales & Compliance Specialist at our St. Louis, MO, location. The Sales & Compliance Specialist administers CK Power’s replacement engine compliance program while supporting sales, customer service, order processing, and core management activities. This position ensures compliance with applicable regulations, manufacturer reporting requirements, and internal record keeping standards while managing transactions from customer inquiry and quotation through order fulfillment, core returns, credit reconciliation, and record retention.
The role serves as a primary contact for replacement engine inquiries, maintains auditable compliance records, prepares periodic reports, supports OEM audits, and provides internal guidance on regulatory and manufacturer-specific requirements. Through collaboration with customers, OEMs, distributors, and internal departments, the specialist promotes regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for replacement engine inquiries. Respond to customer calls and emails, provide application guidance, communicate order status, assist with compliance-related requirements, and support customer resolution efforts.
- Confirm availability and pricing internally, with other distributors, or with the OEM for the quoting & ordering process.
- Administer the replacement engine compliance program by ensuring transactions are documented and executed in accordance with applicable regulatory and manufacturer requirements. Maintain compliance documentation, monitor reporting deadlines, track program activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Administer the core collection, handling, crediting, and documentation processes for replacement engines.
- Assist with other compliance related topics.
What You’ll Need:
- Associates degree in a technical field of study and/or 2 years of experience in a mechanical capacity
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret regulatory text.
