- Assist with daily spa operations and team coordination
- Help coach and motivate team members to meet sales and service goals
- Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and spa environment
- Help ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed

- 2+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
