Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by actively engaging with shoppers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system transactions.
• Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory control, purchasing, and merchandising to ensure product availability and presentation standards are met.
• Participate in employee orientation and training sessions to develop your leadership skills and prepare for supervisory responsibilities.
• Help oversee shift management by coordinating team schedules, supervising staff performance, and ensuring smooth store operations during your shift.
• Contribute to sales management efforts by achieving sales targets, promoting promotional initiatives, and implementing effective pricing strategies.
• Engage in interviewing and recruiting new team members as part of the ongoing staffing process to build a strong retail sales team.
• Maintain organizational skills by keeping the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards; assist with bookkeeping and payroll tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills through clear managerial communication with team members and customers alike.
• Support operational management activities such as budgeting, stock control, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Experience

• It is preferred to have some retail sales experience but not required; enthusiasm for learning and growth is essential.
• Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent customer service abilities will help you succeed in this role.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math skills are important for daily operations.
• Proven organizational skills combined with time management capabilities.
• Multilingual is encouraged, but not necessary.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
