We’re seeking a motivated Assistant Manager (Verizon Sales) to help drive sales performance, support customer acquisition, and contribute to the development of a successful sales team. Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager (Verizon Sales)
- Support daily Verizon sales operations and customer acquisition initiatives
- Assist with setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and driving team results
- Help coach and mentor sales representatives to strengthen product knowledge and selling skills
- Support onboarding and training for new team members
- Assist with customer interactions, account support, and Verizon service solutions
- Help identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer engagement
- Participate in leadership development, sales training, and management programs
- Support team coordination and day-to-day operational activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Represent Next Wave and Verizon professionally during all customer and team interactions
