Job Description
Patient Care Coordinator
If your passion is health and wellness and you strive to help others live and achieve the highest quality of life possible, we want to speak with you. Our motto is: “HORMONES: IF YOU DON’T MAKE ‘EM, TAKE ‘EM!” – LifeXMD
LifeXMD is a long established telemedicine practice specializing in evidence-based bioidentical hormone therapy, peptides, GLP-1s, weight loss, sexual performance, and preventive medicine. We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our hand-selected family in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.
We have been operating nationwide within the United States for over 15 years and counting.
Job Purpose
The Patient Care Coordinator qualifies and consults leads on which services can help them safely achieve their health and wellness goals. This role signs up and supports both new and existing patients, providing exceptional support via phone, email, chat, social media, or text to those with questions, concerns, or complaints related to our services. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the voice of the brand, building strong relationships with existing patients and accounts as well as prospective patients.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Support company directives to promote top-notch customer service and attitude through all interactions.
- Develop strong customer relationships through proper responses to customers via phone, email, text, social media, chat, and other company communication channels.
- Qualify potential prospects before setting initial consultations.
- Book and manage your own consultation appointments, and close enrollments directly with the patient.
- Manage the resolution process for any customer-related issues.
- Ensure management is aware of escalated account issues until the process is resolved.
- Help identify trends with customers and communicate them to management.
- Maintain proficiency in using computer systems, phone systems, and other common office equipment and software.
- Log all communications and interactions with clients or prospects in the CRM.
- Follow company Employee Handbook policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times with customers, coworkers, and management staff.
- Help with order entry for the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
What You’ll Own
- Complete cases within 24 hours of assignment.
- Customer success based on proper consultation and program selection.
- Ongoing customer support and relationship management.
- Developing referral pipelines.
- Finding and fulfilling needs through ongoing progress check-ins.
- Subscription additions and amendments.
- Learning and staying current on peptide, GLP-1, and HRT therapies — what they do, how they work, and when to recommend them based on a patient’s goals.
- Assist with new sales or reorders as needed, within your scope of training.
- Business development.
- CME training.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; customer service, administrative, or tele-sales experience a plus.
- Previous experience in HRT, peptide, or GLP-1 fields preferred, or working knowledge of medical terminology relevant to hormone health, weight management, and sexual health; willingness to learn required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — this role involves sending a high volume of personalized texts and emails.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Availability to work weekends periodically throughout the year, as needed.
- Career-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Comfortable working across multiple computer systems, phone, and email platforms.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate an ability to problem-solve and effectively manage time.
- Work hard to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
Physical Requirements & Awareness
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to move around the office periodically throughout the day.
- Well-groomed with good personal hygiene.
- Comfortable working around calm, friendly office dogs.
- Positive attitude and good sense of humor.
- Strong situational and social awareness in a shared office environment — mindful of noise levels, food odors, and other habits that could be disruptive to coworkers, and respectful of colleagues’ focus time by avoiding unnecessary interruptions.
Who Will Succeed Here
We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely into this space — hormone optimization, peptides, and human performance. Patients can tell within minutes whether the person they’re talking to actually cares or is just reading from a script, and the reps who genuinely care are the ones who retain more patients and close more business. You should already be someone who follows this industry, trains, pays attention to your own health, and genuinely wants to talk to people about theirs.
Beyond that, you know how to hold a sales conversation without sounding like a salesperson, you can push back on objections without getting defensive, and you can stay organized across 200+ active patients.
Compensation
Compensation is structured by experience level:
- Full-Time Sales: Base salary + commission + bonus, with base salary determined by relevant experience, industry knowledge, and demonstrated track record
- Part-Time: Commission + bonus
- Monthly Bonus: Based on individual or team goal attainment
- Year-End Bonus: Based on overall performance
Candidates with significant, proven sales experience in this industry may be eligible for a higher base salary. Compensation details will be discussed and finalized during the interview process.
We’re also hiring for a Sales Manager position with its own compensation structure (base salary + commission + bonus) — mention your interest if you have relevant leadership experience.

Sales Specialist Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales specialist in Florida?
Most Florida employers look for a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field combined with demonstrated sales experience. For roles in insurance or financial products, Florida requires licensure through the Florida Department of Financial Services, including passing the relevant state exam. Medical device and pharmaceutical sales often expect prior clinical or science backgrounds. Building experience through inside sales or retail positions and earning industry certifications like Certified Professional Sales Person can strengthen your candidacy.
Which companies hire sales specialists in Florida?
Employers hiring sales specialists in Florida right now include Best Buy, Russell Cellular, and Direct Auto, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Florida's strong presence of insurance carriers, health systems, and technology firms means consistent year-round demand across the state.
Which Florida cities have the most sales specialist jobs?
Tampa, Miami, and Orlando have the most sales specialist openings in Florida. Miami's concentration of financial services firms and international trade companies drives demand there, while Tampa's growing technology corridor and healthcare sector fuel openings across the bay area, and Orlando's tourism infrastructure and emerging tech scene support a broad range of sales roles.
Are there remote sales specialist jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than many fields. About 37% of sales specialist openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the role involves phone, video, and digital outreach rather than on-site presence. SaaS, insurance, and inside sales positions are the most consistently remote, while field sales and medical device roles typically require in-person territory coverage.
How can I get hired as a sales specialist in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through an inside sales representative or sales development representative role, which large Florida employers in insurance and technology regularly post as new-hire positions requiring no prior sales experience. Companies like AutoNation and Florida Blue run structured onboarding programs that train candidates from the ground up. Retail and hospitality experience is widely accepted as transferable in Florida's market. Earning a Florida Department of Financial Services license before applying immediately separates candidates without a sales history.
Where can I find and apply to sales specialist jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to sales specialist jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the listings, find the roles that fit your background and location, and apply directly to the ones that match your experience.
