Frenchy Homes is a growing vacation rental management and co-hosting network in Florida, offering personalized property management services with dedicated local teams.

We are a French-speaking team operating in Florida, serving primarily English-speaking property owners. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service, transparent communication, and reliable local support.

We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and personable sales professional based in the Tampa Bay area to help us expand our portfolio of vacation rental properties.

Your Role

You will receive pre-qualified leads directly from Frenchy Homes. Your responsibility will be to build relationships with property owners, present our services, address their concerns, and guide them through contract signing.

After signing, you may also serve as the primary point of contact for assigned property owners, coordinating with our local property management teams to ensure excellent communication and client satisfaction.

No cold calling required — qualified leads are provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with qualified property owner leads.
• Present Frenchy Homes' vacation rental management and co-hosting services.
• Build trust, answer questions, and handle objections.
• Negotiate and close new client agreements.
• Attend occasional in-person meetings when necessary.
• Provide clear updates on prospect conversations and follow-ups.
• Maintain ongoing communication with assigned property owners.
• Coordinate owner requests with our local operations teams.

Requirements

• Based in the Orlando area or surrounding communities.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in real estate, vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management preferred.
• Professional, organized, responsive, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Available for occasional local client meetings.
• French language skills are a plus, but not required.

Compensation

Commission-based independent contractor opportunity. No guaranteed base salary.

Sales closing commissions are based on property type:

• Small apartments (up to 2 bedrooms): $150
• Standard apartments (3–4 bedrooms): $200
• Premium apartments: $250
• Standard houses (up to 3 bedrooms, no pool): $200
• Larger houses or villas: $250–$300, depending on size and pool amenities
• Exceptional properties: up to $450, subject to prior approval

Commissions are paid for successfully signed properties, subject to the agreed compensation structure.

Additional recurring compensation for ongoing owner relationship management may be available under a separate agreement.
