Sales Specialist Jobs in Orlando: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales specialist job in Orlando?
The fastest path into a sales specialist role in Orlando is targeting the city's dominant sectors: hospitality technology, medical devices, and B2B software, all of which cluster along the I-4 corridor and Sand Lake Road. Employers in these sectors value candidates who understand Orlando's convention and tourism economy. Tailoring your resume to show familiarity with that client base, whether hotels, healthcare networks, or tech firms, gives you a clear edge over generic applicants.
Which companies hire sales specialists in Orlando?
Companies currently hiring sales specialists in Orlando include EVERSANA, Hertz, and VirTra, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Orlando's hiring landscape is especially active among hospitality technology vendors, regional healthcare systems, and enterprise software companies with offices along the Sand Lake and International Drive corridors.
Are there remote sales specialist jobs in Orlando?
Yes, though availability depends on the specialty: inside sales and SaaS account management roles are frequently remote, while field sales and hospitality-facing positions almost always require on-site presence. About 29% of sales specialist openings tied to Orlando are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting a mix across industries. Technology and healthcare IT employers in Orlando are the most likely to offer flexible arrangements.
How can I get a sales specialist job in Orlando with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Orlando is starting in a sales development representative or retail sales role with one of the city's large hospitality technology or consumer electronics employers, then moving laterally into a specialist position. Companies along International Drive and in the Orlando tech hub regularly hire entry-level candidates and promote from within. Completing product or CRM certifications, such as Salesforce credentials, noticeably strengthens applications with these employers.
Which industries hire the most sales specialists in Orlando?
Most sales specialist openings in Orlando sit in Science & Research and Distribution & Wholesale, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Orlando's position as a global convention destination and growing technology hub means those sectors consistently need specialists who can sell into both enterprise and hospitality-focused buyers year-round.
